The Art of Breath: Pranayama for Stress Relief

Students looking to improve focus, reduce stress, and deepen their yoga practice; come explore foundational breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and balance your energy. We will explore the techniques, benefits, and uses of four different breath practices, including: Diaphragmatic Breathing, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Bhramari (Bumblebee breath), and Ujjayi (victorious breath). We will end with a guided meditation, taking us through a powerful & calming breath experience. Add these new skills to your toolkit to alleviate stress, cultivate focus, and calm the mind.
