Laughter Yoga

Join Cheryl for an exhilarating one-hour class that taps into the universal desire to laugh and infuse more joy into our daily lives. This welcoming session is designed for everyone and includes a variety of engaging activities that activate our natural laughter reflex. You’ll enjoy gentle warm-up stretches, breathing techniques, playful laughter exercises, reflective yoga Nidra, and a joyful celebration to conclude the class. Laughter yoga operates on the principle of simulating laughter to trigger genuine joyous responses. The only prerequisites are an open mind and a readiness to embrace playfulness. Join us and rediscover the transformative power of laughter!
This workshop is by donation. All donations from this class will benefit www.yogagivesback.org. An organization commited to supporting women and children in mother India. Over the last sixteen years, YGB’s SISTER AID programs have successfully implemented micro-loan and early education programs that assist thousands of underserved women and children to lift themselves out of the cycle of generational poverty to build sustainable lives and a sense of self-worth.
