Aerial Yoga Workshop

This specialty workshop brings yoga into suspension, allowing the body to find greater ease and more agility. Join us for this 1.5 hour workshop exploring inversions, supported deep stretch, core strengthening, as well as the fear of letting go.
The aerial element helps to change the body’s relationship to gravity. Aerial yoga focuses on supported release, and aids with balance as well as the integration of strength and flexibility. It also helps in developing spatial awareness, and physically supports students in moving further into their individual practice. This combination brings not only a deeper understanding of yoga, but also brings a playful energy into the yoga room. Aerial yoga is accessible to all ages, and all body types. This workshop is suitable for beginners.
